Foogo products and services in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests", "Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality" to achieve three guarantees of after-sales service, the content is as follows: from the day after you sign for the next 7 days, the occurrence of product performance failure, through the after-sales service center detection and confirmation, can enjoy free return and replacement service. In case of product performance failure within 12 months from the next day after receipt, you can enjoy free maintenance service after confirmation by after-sales service center.

You are advised to keep the packing boxes for at least 15 days after you sign for them to ensure safety during transportation.
This warranty policy does not apply to personal items or consumables and accessories, such as cigarette holders and shells.

We will not provide replacement warranty service in any of the following cases:
1. The customer does not provide the warranty card and purchase voucher.
2. Improper operation or illegal use may cause damage.
3. Damage caused by excessive force, such as falling goods.
4. Damage caused by knowing not to do (please refer to notes).
5. Damage caused by improper use of smoke bomb (please refer to notes).
6. Use of accessories other than Foogo products to cause damage.
